Short version: we collect only what you choose to send us, use it only to reply to you and do the work you engage us for, and never sell it.

Who we are

What we collect
When you send an enquiry through the contact form, we receive what you type into it: your name, business name, phone number, email address, the services you are interested in, a description of your business and situation, and how you prefer to be contacted.
When you email or call us, we receive whatever you share in that conversation.
We do not ask you to create an account, and this website does not take payments.
What the calculators do with your figures
Nothing. The tax calculator, registration estimator and compliance calendar run entirely in your browser. The numbers you enter are never sent to us or stored anywhere.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and arrange a consultation.
- To prepare a proposal or engagement letter if you ask for one.
- If you become a client, to carry out the work we have agreed and meet our legal and professional obligations.
We do not send marketing emails unless you have asked to receive them.
Who else sees it
We do not sell, rent or trade personal information. A small number of service providers handle data on our behalf so the website and email work:
- Cloudflare, which hosts this website and processes the technical request data any website receives, such as your IP address.
- Google Fonts, which supplies the typefaces on this site and receives your IP address when the page loads.
- Formspree, which receives contact-form submissions and forwards them to us by email.
- Google (Gmail) and Titan, our email providers.
We will also disclose information where Nepali law, a court or a regulator requires it.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not use advertising cookies or analytics tracking. If that changes, this page will be updated first.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted within twelve months. Client records are kept for as long as Nepali law and our professional obligations require, and securely disposed of after that.
Your choices
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Write to thinkpro.nepal@gmail.com and we will respond within thirty days.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
